On July 4th 1994 a new era of automotive repair and customer satisfaction started in Edmonton. Gordon Schroder opened Best Choice Automotive. In a small 4 bay shop Gordon, his wife Belinda and one apprentice started to offer the drivers of Edmonton a more personalized automotive repair solution. Due to high customer satisfaction, word of mouth about our services spread to such an extent that within two years Best Choice Automotive expanded and doubled in size to nine bays. Our staff grew from three people to now employing nine.

This growth was driven by one simple philosophy for a customer to be satisfied by their automotive repair shop they must feel EMPOWERED by FAITH, TRUST and HONESTY in the quality and personalized service they have received.
The cornerstone of our relationship with customers starts with communication; unlike dealerships where they become a number, we listen to their concerns, diagnose then estimate the repairs. NO work is performed or started with until the customer understands and is aware of their cars requirements. Once the work is started we stay in constant communication with the customer as to progress and status of the repair and time of completion. All parts replaced are kept for the customer’s inspection.
We have been an approved AMA repair facility since opening, then due to request from their satisfied customers we were asked to become their only AMA approved Vehicle Inspection Center on the south side of Edmonton.
With Gordon’s son Joshua now working the service counter, we look forward to many more years of quality personalized service from our family to your family.
